This
course is designed for students new to the teachings of Joseph Pilates.
It will cover the basic, intermediate, and advanced Pilates Mat
Movements, and will provide a foundation for integrating the concepts,
principles and dynamic movements into your existing training programs,
as well as to prepare you to take additional All-American
Cross-Training Programs. |

The
focus of this course is on proper form, alignment and breathing
techniques that accentuate the strengthening and stabilization of the
muscles in the lower back, abdominal's, and all the deep core muscles.
This will enhance overall body function by integrating the upper body
with the lower body via the core musculature .
